e fire and smoke have accompanied mankind since its beginnings, not only to provide warmth, but also as elements of transformation, ritual and encounter. At Casa Bosque, that ancestral heritage is kept alive in our smokehouse, built in 2024.

With the appearance of a cabin hidden in the middle of the forest, this space houses one of the most captivating processes of our cuisine: slow smoking. Here, the smoke envelops each ingredient with patience and respect, enhancing their flavors to their maximum expression.

Some of our dishes are smoked for more than 18 hours, a sign of the time, dedication and technique behind each preparation. This corner is the origin of the deep and comforting aroma that gives identity to many of our dishes.
