You will be able to live an unparalleled experience, enjoying wood-fired preparations, that are the specialty of the menu and that invoke the deepest cordilleran tradition. In our large kitchen, which is in full view of the diners, you will appreciate the dedication we put into each of our dishes, cooked with love and simmered by those who make up this great family.

The favorite part of many? We know that it is the dessert, so we have our own own pastry shop through which we print the Casa Bosque seal in each of the sweet preparations that reach the table of the diners.

Our wooden columns, carved with talent and dedication, are part of a large construction made from more than 8,500 tires. A sustainable approach that we maintain in the day-to-day details, such as the purchase of supplies from local suppliers, the composting of waste, and our cups made from recycled bottles.
