How do we take care of the environment?
e would like to share with you the story of our commitment to sustainability, which has been an integral part of Casa Bosque’s philosophy from the very beginning. Our construction is a testimony to this: we have used materials such as wood, adobe and more than 8,600 recycled tires, demonstrating that it is possible to create a cozy and charming space in an environmentally friendly way.
But we don’t stop there. At Casa Bosque, every day we strive to be more eco-friendly and reduce our carbon footprint. One of our most important initiatives is the management of organic waste. We work hand in hand with an enterprise in CajĂ³n del Maipo that processes this waste and returns 20 kilos of high quality compost per month, which is transformed into 100 bags of 200 grams that we give to our customers, thus closing the life cycle of our food in a sustainable way.
We are also aware of the importance of water and its care. We have a water treatment plant that allows us to return clean water to the environment, ensuring that our impact on natural resources is minimal.
On the road to sustainability, we eliminated the use of plastic by 90%, removing disposable light bulbs from our space and delivering take-out food in 100% compostable sugarcane containers. Our glasses, on the other hand, are the result of a collaboration with the innovative company Votella, using recycled bottles to create unique pieces full of history.
At Casa Bosque, this constant search for sustainable practices goes beyond being a trend; it is part of our essence. Caring for the environment is not only a responsibility, but a deep conviction that we share with all those who visit us. We value every choice we make and its impact on our environment, because we believe in a greener and more sustainable future for all.
We invite you to be part of this conscious experience at Casa Bosque, where good food meets respect for nature and a magical atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming you soon and sharing together this commitment to the planet!
